The Back Mountain Food Pantry Garden will hold its annual planning meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, at the Idetown United Methodist Church. Organizers will plan the garden layout, decide what crops to plant, set volunteer schedules, etc. The garden provides fresh produce to several local food pantries during the summer months.
The garden welcomes additional volunteers to help with this community project. Interested persons are welcome to attend the Wednesday, May 15, meeting and help get the garden season started.
