NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- An emaciated dog shows up at a Nashville food pantry and receives the care it desperately needs.
Animal rescue group, Nashville PITTIE, contacted FOX 17 News after the very malnourished dog showed up at The Little Pantry That Could on Friday. At the time, the pantry was in the process of preparing warming stations in anticipation of single-digit temperatures.
Many of the homeless people staying at the pantry reportedly took it upon themselves to foster the canine.
Donations for the pup can be made to the Animal House Vet Clinic by calling 615-834-6441. A Paypal account has also been set up.
