The annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Participants should meet at Baraboo High School, while the course will follow the Baraboo Riverwalk.
The Turkey Trot, a noncompetitive event sponsored by the Thunderbird cross country teams, benefits the local food pantry. There is no entry fee, but participants are asked to bring food items to be donated to the pantry. Questions can be donated to coach Peter Arndt at Baraboo High School.
