ALPENA, Mich — Alpena’s pop up pantry is making its way back to Alpena just in time for Thanksgiving. The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan and Feed the Need will visit East Campus a week before the holiday.
This month, Wolverine State Credit Union has joined the partnership to help fight food insecurity in northeast Michigan. Alpena county residents are encouraged to bring their own bags and boxes to carry their items. Food is limited, and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
