When news broke that All Hallows Catholic Church was raising the rent it charged Project PIN to operate the pantry in the former parochial school from $500 to $3,000 a month, “it was like someone punching you in the stomach, taking your breath away,” said Timothy Kettle, the pantry director. “But now, I’m on the other side of the cloud and I can see the silver lining.”
