A soup fundraiser benefiting the Cache Community Food Pantry will be April 3 in the Natural Resources Atrium at Utah State University.
The event, called Empty Bowls, is hosted by the Student Organization for Society and Natural Resources and happens annually. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. people can come to the Quinney College of Natural Resources at USU and purchase a handcrafted ceramic bowl. Soup and refills are free with the purchase of a bowl or individuals can bring their own bowl and get soup for $3.
There will be a variety of soups, including vegetarian options, and all the proceeds will be donated to the Cache Community Food Pantry.
