MARION COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV)-- More Grace Outreach is asking the community to help them restock for the new year.
As an outreach that relies on the community, they are in need of any non-perishable food donations or hygiene products.
Around this time of year they say it's common to run low on food items, so it's imperative that they stock up for the upcoming year.
East Fairmont High School was the first to step in and hold a canned food drive.
After them, Advance Auto Parts, in Whitehall, offered to be a location where people can bring donations.
The pantry says they are here to give to the community and encourage people to donate.
"We are collecting food, monetary donations and anything to help bump us into next year. With this season we are running low on our stock and we're running low on our food," said Stephen Luffy, the Community Outreach & Media Coordinator for More Grace Outreach.
The pantry is taking donations until January 1st.
