MANTON — The Family Care Network Food Pantry has a new partner for supporting the community’s effort to serve those who need help with monthly food assistance.
The Manton Dollar General and their managers, Morgan Atwell and Jessika King, are sponsoring a food drive that encourages their customers to purchase a canned good or staple item to add to the drive to be donated to the pantry. Their work will continue through December.
To date, the contributions number 600-plus items donated. Community support is greatly appreciated.
The Family Care Network is located at 800 S. Michigan Ave. in Manton.
