Draymond Green — who is not known for displays of sportsmanship — tried to do the polite thing after James Harden fell during Game 7 of the Western Conference finals. Harden, though, was in no mood for the gesture. Midway through the third quarter, cameras caught Green attempting to lift him to his feet. Harden stayed planted on the ground, letting Green drag him along the court, until Green let go with an exasperated hand flip.
