Hillsboro police are soliciting help in identifying a man who they say robbed a convenience store of money, tobacco and treats.
The man used a black handgun in the robbery of a Plaid Pantry store at 101 N.E. 43rd Ave. on Dec. 31, police said in a news release. Police said he nabbed money from the cash register, Marlboro reds and two ice cream bars.
He's 5-foot-5 and was wearing black clothes, including an Oakland Raiders shirt, according to police.
