GRAND ISLAND, Neb. —
Starting in October, Hall County will have a permanent home for its mobile food pantry.
The Trinity Methodist Church and the Food Bank for the Heartland held the final food pantry drive at the church location on Saturday.
From now on, the food pantry will be at the City of Grand Island utilities building at 1306 W. Third St.
Every month, the groups supply food to more than 400 families - giving out up to 30,000 pounds of food.
The next mobile pantry in Hall County is Oct. 28.
