The annual fund drive to benefit the Lancaster Trinity Pantry will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 19.
The pantry, located at 5448 Broadway, assists more than 385 families, providing food for more than 6,000 meals each month. Contributions from the community help stock the pantry's shelves, providing nutrition care to those most in need.
The Town of Lancaster Office of Emergency Management coordinates the fund drive with the Lancaster Volunteer Ambulance Corps., collecting non-perishable food items, paper products, health and personal care items and donations at Tops Markets at 5175 Broadway and at Wal-Mart at 4975 Transit Road, Depew.
Donations for the annual toy drive, hosted by the Lancaster Police Benevolent Association and town Youth Bureau, also will be accepted at both food drive locations. Toys for infants through 18 years old are accepted, as well as cash donations.
Trinity Pantry is open from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, and from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Fridays.
