KENNEWICK, WA – Finley School District is showing its love for community members this Valentine’s Day .
Thanks to a partnership with Second Harvest and a grant from Nutrien the Finley Food Pantry will be open for all Finley community members.
The Finley Food Pantry will be available on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 2:30-4:30 PM at the Finley Community Center.
In December 2018, Finley School District secured a $2600 grant from Nutrien (formerly Agrium and located in the Finley community), who had approached Finley School Counselor Sonya Bell with the food solutions proposal early in the year.
Both students and adults are welcome to pick up food from the pantry, and no identification is required.
All Finley students and community members are encouraged to access free food at the new Food Pantry, beginning Thursday February 14 from 2:30-4:30 PM. The Finley Community Center is located at 222204 E Game Farm Rd, Kennewick, WA 99337.
