The Hillsboro District Food Pantry would like to send out a “thank you” to everyone who supported our annual fundraiser “The Hillsboro Challenge.” Although we didn’t quite reach our last year’s total, we still had a fantastic year. We received $400 in pledges from several area businesses. We also received cash donations from organizations in town and many wonderful people, totaling $5,360. The donations of food and personal care items totaled $9,836, bringing our grand total for the Hillsboro Challenge 2018 to $15,606. Again, thank you so very much to everyone who supported this year’s Hillsboro Challenge.
