The Nolanville Food Pantry handed out more than 100 turkeys, hams and other Thanksgiving meal items Thursday afternoon.
Cargill in Waco donated about 100 hams and 100 turkeys, said Patricia Warden, pastor of Nolanville First United Methodist Church, which helps run the food pantry.
“It’s been fantastic. We even had some new people,” Warden said.
She said the pantry prepared about 140 packages, and were handing them out between 2 and 6 p.m.
